However, if you are just curious about the value of your home but not ready for us to visit we offer FREE virtual valuation where clients complete a online form (Takes less than 10 minutes to complete) then we will prepare a bespoke valuation for you unique to your property.

We work closely with our clients to ensure that every property that joins the market with Next Move Homes has a bespoke marketing strategy tailor made to their individual needs and ultimately achieve the best possible price for them.

We know how important it is to make a great first impression so one of our many marketing techniques includes offering free professional photography and videography.

Viewings

When it comes to arranging viewings we understand adaptability and flexibility is important therefore, before we commence the marketing of the property, we like to understand exactly what works best for our clients and offer accompanied viewings 7 days per week.

Aftersales

As a team we know that once you have agreed a sale, this can sometimes become quite stressful so why not let us help take some of that away? Communication is key with buyers, sellers and solicitors so we have dedicated times in our diary for our team to concentrate on chasing sales and providing both buyers and sellers with regular updates.

Flexibility

We understand how busy people’s lives are. As a team we operate our business 7 days per week and offer opening hours later in the day so we can be flexible to both buyers and sellers.

Our opening hours are:

Monday – Friday: 8:30-19:00

Saturday and Sunday: 10:00-17:00
